All of our decorated cookies include individual bagging at no extra cost! We use heat-sealed cellophane bags. The bags do not include a ribbon or tie closure, and it offers a clean and streamlined look for the cookies. 

Our cookies are uncomplicated. We use only premium, local ingredients such as Anita’s organic white flour (organic oat flour for our gluten-free option), organic chicken eggs from our own chickens, organic butter and other high-quality ingredients. We never use additives or preservatives.

We do not deliver however we do ship most of our products within Canada and the US. Simply let us know when you place your order, or refer to our Shipping Info page for more information.

At this time, we are not a retail bakery location, so we do not have cookies ready made for walk-in customers. However, we often have cookie sets that can be made ready for pick up in as little as 72 hours! Check out our Shop to see what’s currently available.

Once we know your quantity, date & cookie details we will send an invoice to you. The invoice is always due in 24 hours from the time of the quote before the spot is released for other customers. You will “officially” be on the cookie calendar once you have paid your invoice. Your calendar spot is not reserved until your invoice is paid. *If you have a last-minute order (less than 7 days’ notice) that we are able to accommodate the invoice will need to be paid immediately upon receipt. 

Typically, 14 days minimum, but it never hurts to ask for a last-minute request. It’s never too early to get on the calendar. As soon as you feel confident on the cookie theme, quantity & date needed let us know! There’s a lot of prep time required (this includes the baking, decorating, drying time, and packaging) and the sooner we add you to the “cookie calendar” the better for us both. We do require about 2-week notice for orders that need to be shipped out as we typically ship 3-5 days ahead of the delivery date.

Absolutely! Our cookies can be frozen for up to 6 months, and we encourage customers to store the cookies in freezer containers to ensure freshness.

All of our cookies are individually sealed and bagged. They will stay fresh at room temp for up to 4 weeks. You can also freeze the cookies for up to 6 months to extend the life.

NO, they’ll be fine in a cool room temp environment for up to 4 weeks provided the bag is unopened. Refrigerating could cause moisture and the icing colors could bleed. 

There are no nuts in the sugar cookie recipe, but they are made in a kitchen that is not nut-free.

Once an online or custom order has been placed, paid for and booked on our calendar, we cannot cancel nor refund the order. However for cancellation over 30 days prior to pick-up, credit can be allocated to a future custom order.

Yes! Our gluten free cookies are just as delicious as our regulars! They are made with Anita’s all purpose oat flour and other premium ingredients. All of our custom decorated cookie orders can be made gluten free, just let us know when placing your order!
