Shipping Info

Orders received after 3pm PST will be considered as having been received the following day.


  • Local pick-up available in Chilliwack, BC (Canada)
  • Thursday to Saturday: 10am-4pm
  • Free of charge


  • We currently ship within North America (Canada & USA) only.
  • For Canadian destinations, our cookies are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost (XP) or Expedited Parcel (EP). For your reference, here are some popular destinations and ship time:
    • Vancouver – 1 business day
    • Victoria – 2 business day
    • Calgary – 2 business days
    • Toronto – 4 business days (EP) or 2 business day (XP)
    • Montreal – 6 business days (EP) or 3 business day (XP)
  • For USA destinations, it generally takes 4-6 business days via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

We take extensive care in the preparation and packaging of our products; however, due to their delicate nature, breakage is sometimes possible and out of our control. Once your product has left the facility, it is the courier/shipping company’s responsibility.

  • Orders of considerable value are highly recommended to purchase additional insurance if shipping via Canada Post. Please let us know.
  • In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately.
  • We CANNOT guarantee your order will arrive on an exact date, but only that we will ship it out within the timeframe provided.
  • If you are ordering for a specific event, please place your order at least 2-3 week in advance, to account for order preparation time and shipping time.
  • Please contact the courier directly for any problems with your shipment.

We cannot guarantee, nor do we provide refunds for any packages delayed or damaged during delivery due to conditions beyond our control. These conditions include but are not limited to: recipient not being home, inaccurate shipping information/delivery date, weather, postal strikes, traffic delays, holiday rush season and other conditions outside our control. 


  • If you are not home to receive the package, it may be left at the door (if deemed safe as per the courier/shipping company). A re-delivery fee will be incurred if there is nowhere to leave the package. Please note if your gift/package is left at the door, you accept all risk and liability including (but not limited to) damage, weather or theft. We do not offer refunds/credit if this occurs.

By agreeing to ship your order, you understand and accept the risk of minor breakage, late arrivals, or lost shipments are outside of Sprinkles with Love’s control.

Please note that we are closed on Canadian Statutory Holidays. Orders will NOT be processed or shipped on these days.
